Companies from Fujian province showcased products ranging from electric vehicle batteries to construction machinery at the 9th China-Eurasia Expo in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, seeking to strengthen business ties with Xinjiang and Central Asian markets.
The five-day expo, held from June 25 to 29, drew strong interest at the Fujian pavilion, where exhibitors showcased industrial products, consumer goods, and investment opportunities.

Among the exhibits, battery maker CATL displayed its third-generation Qilin Battery, while Chery Automobile's Fuzhou base showcased the Jetour G700 electric off-road vehicle, suited to the terrain of Xinjiang and Central Asia. A Fujian apparel manufacturer also demonstrated a cooling vest equipped with semiconductor chips designed to lower body temperature in hot outdoor conditions.
Construction machinery manufacturer Xiamen XGMA Machinery said that multiple customers had already ordered equipment exhibited at the expo, which would be exported to several Central Asian countries. Other Fujian companies attended business matchmaking sessions and trade promotion events held alongside the expo to explore partnerships, gather market information, and learn about cross-border trade policies.

The Fujian pavilion also promoted the province's investment environment through displays on its development plans, industrial policies, and free trade zone, while distributing promotional materials and invitations to the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade.
