Italian Pavilion debuts at 26th CIFIT, unlocking new investment opportunities

The Italian Pavilion debuted at the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT), which opened in Xiamen, Southeast China's Fujian province, on Sept 8.

Organized by the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) in collaboration with the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT), the pavilion officially opened on Sept 8. Under the theme "Italy: A Land of Opportunities", it aims to showcase Italy's investment allure and cooperation potential to both Chinese and international investors, establishing a crucial bridge for Sino-Italian investment and industrial collaboration.

The pavilion spotlights key sectors including automotive, aerospace, green supply chains, the circular economy, and life sciences, while also explaining incentives in free trade zones.

During the event, representatives from Italian companies, senior officials, and experts will provide free, one-stop investment consultations. These sessions will address practical issues like investment procedures, challenges, project planning, and policy support, helping enterprises efficiently enter the European market.

On the afternoon of Sept 8, a forum on Italy's foreign direct investment policies and opportunities will be held, featuring thematic discussions and interactive Q&A sessions. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about Italy's FDI support system, policy details, business environment, and market opportunities, gaining a comprehensive understanding of investment policy, project planning, incentives, and benefits.

The Italian Trade Agency has emphasized Italy's commitment to strengthening economic ties with China, welcoming Chinese investments and supporting Italian businesses in the Chinese market.
